Hello, everyone! Today is Halloween day, the ghost festival in western country. Of course we celebrate it because there are many guests staying with us from all over the world.

皆さん、こんにちは!今日はハロウィンですね~。世界中からケイズハウスMt.富士に宿泊に来て頂いた皆さんともちろん一緒に祝いましたよ~。

Look at the must-have items, pumpkin, costumes, ghosts and some decoration inside K’s House Mt.Fuji.

カボチャ・お化けなどの置物や仮装アイテムは必需品でしょう!さらに、館内のデコレーションもばっちりです!





And we had the Halloween Party on October 24. I know it’s bit early, but we can’t wait to do some fun things with our guests.

ゲストの皆さんと一緒にハロウィンを少しでも早く楽しみたかったので、ケイズハウスMt.富士では少し早め(10月24日)でしたがハロウィンパーティーを開催いたしました!

では、準備はいいですか~?



First of all, we made the okonomiyaki together to feed everyone’s tammy. We cut the cabbage, mix the okonomiyaki powder together with seafood and eggs.

まずは、お好み焼きを皆で作りました。キャベツを刻み、シーフード・溶き卵とお好み焼き粉を混ぜ合わせました。





Time to start frying the okonomiyaki! Some guests are the first time to make and try this traditional Japanese food.

準備が整ったところで、いよいよ焼き始めましょ~!ゲストの何人かはお好み焼きを作るのが初めてだったようです。





Looks like they enjoyed a lot!

とても楽しそうですね!









And we have prepared some snacks as well, because what’s coming next is the horror movie night! Don’t be afraid of the so-called horror movies, it’s the comedy horror even kids can enjoy a lot!

この後は皆でホラー映画鑑賞も楽しむということで、スナックも用意しました!もっともホラー映画といっても、実はコメディーホラーだったのでお子さんも含めて皆が楽しんでいましたよ!

Today, I would like to tell you guys about our Event in October星

We're going to hold a Halloween Party on 24th October!

It's bit earlier than the original date but we can`t wait オッケー!lol

Of course, we will provide free food and snacks!(BYOB please!)

Also, we're planning to show some horror movies in the night!!ぎょーんwow

Greetings from K’s House Mt.Fuji!
Soon the autumn season comes, and we had the flowing somen noodles activity to catch the last days of summer! This activity was held twice on August.

こんにちは!
ケイズハウスMt.富士では、秋の始まりを前にした8月に2回にわたって流しそうめんイベントを催行致しました!



All materials as you can see below. By the way, the Japanese herb (green shiso leaf) is planted from our patio!

今回のイベントのために準備したものは以下の写真のとおり!今回用意した青じそを含むハーブ類はなんと私達ケイズハウスMt.富士スタッフが栽培しているんですよ~!







Many guests are first time to join the activity and seems like they enjoyed a lot.

ご参加頂いたほとんどのゲストは今回初めてだったようですが、皆さん楽しんでらっしゃったようです!















Even the guests had tried to put the somen noodles in the begging for others to catch, not just waiting for catching the noodles.

そうめんを食べるだけでなく、流すのにも挑戦する方もいらっしゃいましたね~。





Some guests also challenged putting and catching the somen noodles all by themselves. Nice catch!

ついには自分でそうめんを流し、そのまま並走して自ら流したそうめんを箸で掴み上げて食べるという上級技に挑戦するゲストも続出!皆さんいい腕と脚力してます(笑)!



This time, we made the tunnel to level up the difficulty of catching the noodles!

そんなチャレンジングなゲストが多かった今回、こちらも負けじと新たにトンネル部分を作り、難易度を上げたコースを作成。そうやすやすとそうめんは食べさせません(笑)!

How are you guys recently? I hope you are not beaten by the humid and high temperature recently in Japan!

There’s a garden called Hana-no-miyako Park, just around Lake Yamanakako, where you can reach by taking the local bus from Kawaguchiko Station.



Unfortunately, the day I visited there was a cloudy and rainy day, so Mt. Fuji was hiding behind the clouds. However, if the weather is nice, you can enjoy the seasonal floral view with Mt. Fuji as the background!





The white hydrangea inside the park is in season now. And other flowers like poppy, sunflower or cosmos you can see in different seasons.







And in where you can observe the lava tree molds and 3 big watermills.





Hana-no-miyako Park is a nice place to spend a few hours there. Why not put it on your list and visit next time!

We had a okonomiyaki and takoyaki party at K's House Fuji View.

ケイズハウス富士ビューにてお好み焼きとたこ焼きパーティーを行いました。



There are guests both from K's House Fuji View and K's House Mt.Fuji.

今回は富士ビュー店とケイズハウスMt.富士のお客様合同で楽しみました。



Everyone has made and eaten own okonomiyaki.

自分達でお好み焼きを焼いて食べました。



Beautiful!

上手ですね!





This time, we used sausages and vegetables without octopus.

今回のたこ焼きの中身はソーセージや野菜にしました。

We tried to make perfect-shaped takoyaki balls.

皆一生懸命丸めています。



Did you enjoy the party? Yes, I did!

皆さん、パーティー楽しめましたか~?。

Nearly every town in Japan has their own okonomiyaki restaurant. What do you reckon? パンチ There is one okonomiyaki restaurant in Town Kawaguchiko, called, ‘Zoo’, just behind the main station and 20 minutes walking from K’s House Mt. Fuji.



They serve not only the Osaka style okonomiyaki but also the Hiroshima style!



Moreover, the monjayaki, a famous and traditional food in Asakusa, Tokyo. I like this more than others!



And don’t forget to have a balanced diet. Have some vegetable salad and another tommy for dessert!ケーキ





If you want to visit there, they are open only for dinner time (18:00-23:00). And you can ask our front staff for the direction or follow your google maps!

Hello, everyone!love

It’s good to have the hot soup in the cold weather like this.

Therefore, one of our staff, Taro, opened the flash ramen shop ラーメン for 2 days only!



The soup base for today is the anchovy flavor. He used to make the miso, shōyu, chickenにわとり, tonkotsuぶた flavors before. It’s his first time to make the anchovy-based broth.



Spending nearly all day for simmering the broth, including making the toppings like soft boiled eggs and sliced pork.



Ta-da, a bowl of special made ramen has come out. Not only the appearance is beautiful but also the taste is good. Normally, I just leave the soup at the end, but this time I finished all of them. Then you should know how tasty it is!



I also made a banana loaf for our tea time. Not in good-looking but also taste nice though.



The staff who is working on these two days, our belly is in luck! Sorry for my other colleagues who is absent!





02/08 UPDATE!

Actually it lasts for 3 days till today! The broth for 2nd and 3rd is different from the 1st day. It's with the blended anchovy. That make the soup much more strong taste. オッケー
