At the end of Free Drink Night, a lot of guests joined and
we took a photo together. Everyone looks so happy !!
最後には沢山のゲストが参加してくれて、皆で写真を撮りました。

We had Sushi Roll Experience today.
今日は寿司イベントの日でした。



We prepared avocado, natto, an omelet, cucumbers, pickled plum, can of tuna,
sweet seaweeds with perilla, perilla ,crab head as an ingredient of the contents.
中身の具としてアボガド、納豆、卵焼き、キュウリ、梅干し、ツナ、紫蘇昆布、紫蘇、カニカマを用意しました。



They tried to eat sweet seaweeds with perilla at the first time.
彼らは紫蘇昆布を初めて試食しました。




Let's make sushi together!!
さぁ、寿司を作りましょう！！





4 guests and 1 cleaning staff joined us today.
今日は四人のゲストと清掃スタッフの一人が参加してくれています。
Guests are British, German, cleaning staff is french.
ゲストはイギリス人とドイツ人、清掃スタッフはフランス人です。





Nobody left natto today!
今日は誰も納豆を残していません。

今日はフリードリンクナイトです




We always give their name tags and cups to our guests before it starts.
Guests love having their name written in Japanese character on their cup

このイベントが始まる前にいつもゲストにネームタグと紙コップを渡します。
紙コップにカタカナで名前を書いて渡すとお客さんが喜んでくれます







Today is a last day in Tokyo for our lovely cleaning staff from Taiwan.
He speaks Japanese well and we enjoyed working together.
Thank you very much for your great job and good luck for your future　in Taiwan!

今日はうちの台湾出身クリーニングスタッフの日本最後の日です。
彼は日本語がとても上手な子です。一緒に働けてすごく楽しかったですね。
一生懸命働いてくれてどうもありがとう！！台湾に戻っても頑張って下さいね!!






He is our new cleaning staff from France!

He used to work at K's House Ito onsen.

We had Sushi Roll Experience yesterday

昨日は巻き寿司体験イベントの日でした




We had six people to join. Everybody was very excited to learn how to make Sushi

６人のゲストの方が参加してくれました！皆寿司作りを学ぶのに気合十分です




These two guests from Germany have a plan to go to train sushi for dinner after this event.
Today is all about Sushi for them

この二人のドイツのゲストはこの寿司イベントのあと、回転寿司へディナーに行く予定です!!
今日は寿司三昧ですね
