Hello, everyone!にぱっ

It's getting colder and colder, isn't it?ぎょーん
So, to warm myself up, I went to hiking!オッケーオッケー

There is a very famous hiking trail along coast,
which is called Jogasaki, but this time, I did a forest hiking! 四葉

This is the starting point for Kamata Hiking Trail.

It took me almost 1 hour to go up to top,
and I really enjoyed walking through all the cedar trees.

On the way back to bottom, I walked along and
went across the lovely stream for several times.

It was a perfect day for hiking, not too hot but not too cold,
partly cloudy but mostly sunny太陽

The trail is not very famous / popular, so I didn't met anybody.

If you love hiking and looking for something different,
you should give it a try!

For more information about the hiking trail,
please ask us at reception!にぱっlove

Hello, everyone にこっ!

We are doing work exchange and now, Sakura花 from Hakone is in Ito.
On our day off, we had so much fun together.
So I'd love to share our awesome day!

We left Ito in the morning and head to Hosono plateau in Inatori to see
Japanese pampas grass.

Hosono plateau has vast landscape of 125ha.

During the autumn event,(mid Sep-mid Nov) shuttle bus from the bottom
to top of the mountain is regularly available.

You can enjoy fabulous view from the top and you can either
take the shuttle bus to back or walk (45min-1hr).

The day we went there was a beautiful day, the sky was perfectly clear and
temperature was not too cold or too hot,
so of course we took the trail to go back to the bottom.

Most of the path was pampas lined and when there was wind,
thousands of pampas waved.

After enjoying the walk, we had lunch and then,
we drove to west of Izu peninsula.車

West of the peninsula is famous for beautiful sunset.太陽

When we arrived there, we still had 1 more hour for the sunset,
so we joined the ferry excursion of small island.

The most popular "Dogashima Cave Tour" was canceled for maintenance
unfortunately, but the island tour was still amazingぎょlove.

And here it is! The beautiful sunset + ocean!

The day before yesterday,
we came up with an idea of having Sakura viewing event and,
last night, we did it!

People from 16 different countries participated
and we can't thank enough to those who joined the party.

We illuminated our Sakura at the property,
shared Okonomiyaki, Sake, plum wine
and wonderful time together :D

We prepared more than 2kg of Okonomiyaki dough,
but surprisingly, it's all gone at the end! :)

Some of our guests kindly donated wines and snacks to share.

Here is group photo.

We tried to take the photo for several times,
and this is when we finally finished!

Thanks again everybody!
You made the party fabulous!
